1. On your return to Glasgow Airport from your flight, you will be picked up at the Short Stay Coach Park on Bute Road. To get to this pick up point turn right on exiting International Arrivals and follow the covered walk way until you reach the bus shelters. On arrival at Edinburgh Airport see map below. Any other airport, i.e. Prestwick, Aberdeen or Inverness, your driver will inform you of your pick up point.
2. As detailed above, one of our vehicles will be there to meet you and complete your journey. Should there be any delays, i.e. Your flight is late or there is a delay on our behalf, please contact Airport Information or call our office where you will have instant contact with your driver. (You will be refunded for your phone call.)
3. If the delay is on our behalf, i.e. Traffic hold-ups, etc, we advise you to wait in the International Waiting Area where we will come in and collect you and your party. We as a company strive to ensure that there is as little delays to your journey as possible.
4. Payment for your transfer must be made in full on the outward journey and the cost of the transfer is on a per person basis.

With increasing volumes of business and changes to the road layout at Edinburgh Airport the opportunity and need to improve the pre-book taxi facilities has become necessary. The new arrangements offer you shorter walking distances and better waiting conditions. The new site also provides additional spaces for your taxis.

These changes become effective Monday 13^th September and you should follow the route shown on the map to the new site to await your taxi. Please be assured that we will be working with all the organisations to ensure a smooth transition to the new site and hope that you will enjoy the changes and improvements we have made.
